Biotechgate Digital Partnering returns from August 31 to September 4, 2026, bringing together life sciences professionals from around the world for five days of virtual partnering, industry content and informal networking.
At the centre of the event is 24-hour partnering throughout the week, giving participants the flexibility to arrange one-to-one meetings across time zones and connect with potential partners, investors and collaborators.
Program Highlights
The week opens on Monday morning with AI Workflows in BD&L Intelligence, presented by Biotechgate COO Jost Renggli. The live demo will explore how AI-guided workflows can help life sciences teams move from natural-language business questions to structured, source-backed insights across companies, assets, deals, clinical trials and management contacts.
Later that day, The XY Factor puts the spotlight on innovative early-stage companies. Selected start-ups will present their technologies, platforms and business strategies in short pitches followed by Q&A, with the opportunity to continue conversations through one-to-one partnering meetings.
On Tuesday, From Pitch Deck to De-risked Deck will examine how early-stage life sciences companies can present themselves more effectively to investors. Caitlin Dolegowski and Dennis Ford will look at how investors assess scientific, regulatory, execution and commercial risk, and why a strong fundraising story needs to demonstrate more than scientific potential alone.
Wednesday’s Demy-Colton Virtual Salon: Amplify Your Impact — Social Media Strategies for Biopharma Success turns to another increasingly important part of company-building: visibility. The panel will discuss how biopharma companies can use social media more strategically to reach investors, potential partners and the wider market.
Alongside the formal program, participants can also join “Getting to Know You” networking sessions and Pop-up Coffee breaks, hosted by Graham Combe of the #CoffeeBuddies. These informal sessions are designed to create the kind of spontaneous conversations that can otherwise be difficult to reproduce at a virtual event.
