Patna-based PR Agency Advantage Services is set to receive top honours at the Global PR Summit for the huge success of its "Tobacco Free Bihar" drive conducted last year on behalf of Cancer Awareness Society/ CTFK. The annual summit will be held at Miami in the United States of America from October 26-28. According to Paul Holmes, publisher and CEO, The Holmes Report: "The Global SABRE winners were selected as the "best of the best". Close to 5,000 entries were received in the North America, EMEA, Asia-Pacific and Latin American awards competitions this year, and of those campaigns just 40 were selected to receive the Global SABRE awards." However, the winners will be formally announced next week.

They will be recognized at an awards gala on the evening of October 28, which will also celebrate the Holmes Report's 2015 Global Agencies of the Year.
