(NYSE: TMH), a leading provider of outsourced physician staffing solutions for hospitals, announced the acquisition of the operations of Brookhaven Anesthesia Associates. Based in Patchogue, New York, Brookhaven Anesthesia Associates has staffed and provided anesthesia services at Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center for 25 years and also serves four surgery centers in the surrounding community. This new relationship will add more than 30,000 annual anesthesia cases to TeamHealth's existing anesthesia operations.
