The solution will support ARS Humano's more than one million members, as well as over 130 clinics, 125 laboratories, more than 100 pharmacies, and over 3,000 physicians. HealthEC®'s Care Coordinator will provide ARS Humano with complex case management, as well as disease management, including assessments, patient care plans, intervention scheduling, document uploading, patient education, and history on outreaches to their contacts.
