The Quebec employee ally surrounds itself with experts to drive the future of HR technology MONTREAL, Feb. 12, 2024 /CNW/ - Workind is proud to announce the composition of its first board of directors, an important milestone in the strategic development of the HR Tech start-up. The creation of this decision-making body is a natural extension of Workind's ambition to become a leader in the employee experience sector.
Teaming up for tomorrow's workforce Farnel Fleurant, president and founder of Workind, has surrounded herself with seasoned and respected professionals in their respective fields, with the intention of supporting the company's growth. A number of collaborators from human resources, technology and venture capital sectors have been appointed to the Workind board of directors: Francis Gosselin, economist and CSO at Norbert Hill, Farnel Fleurant, president and founder of Workind, Julien Letartre, vice-president investment at Accelia Capital, Chelsea Finnemore, executive consultant in culture & talent (former vice-president Human Resources at Lightspeed) and Isaac Olowolafe, co-founder and senior partner at BKR Capital.
