Publish your event

Publish your event or conference on Biotechgate and make it available to an international audience in the Biotech, Pharma and Medtech field. All events are also published on more than 30 related portals.

The event listing fee of EUR 390.- will be charged as soon as you activate the event information for uploading onto our website.
Important: You need an activation code to publish your conference. If you do not have a code yet, please contact us prior to add your conference.

How to publish your event

To add an event to this platform, please follow the instructions below:

• Once you click on the "next" button below, you will be taken to a form where you can enter all necessary information about your event.
• After you have completed the form, click on the save button. You will then receive an e-mail with a link to your event's profile.
• Click on the link to reach a site that enables you to edit and/or activate your event with the code provided by us.
• With the exception of the event's date, you can continue to edit all information even after you have activated the event.
