Hairline to Showcase Scalp Micro-pigmentation via Live Webinar on November 18th

BANGALORE, November 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --

Hairline International Hair and Skin Clinic, in keeping with its mission to bring the latest in grooming technology to the country, will conduct a live webinar demonstrating a revolutionary, non-invasive form of scalp grooming - scalp micro-pigmentation on November 18, 2015 from 11:00 am onwards.

Scalp micro-pigmentation, or medical hair tattooing as it is commonly known, is the ideal solution for both men and women with thinning/balding issues and who do not have enough of hair for transplants to take place smoothly.

This webinar will be conducted live from the RT Nagar clinic of Hairline and will be open to viewing by medical personnel interested in the procedure as well as prospective patients interested in knowing how this procedure will benefit them. The procedure will be conducted by Dr. Dinesh Gowda, Senior Dermatosurgeon at Hairline.

Scalp micro-pigmentation is a non-surgical procedure that makes use of natural pigments that are injected into the scalp to recreate the natural look of hair follicles as well as strands. This works ideally for women who tend to lose hair extensively above the forehead as well as for men, around the crown. The procedure is perfect for all kinds of hair loss at various stages. It is also ideally suited to most hair and skin colors as well as age groups.

The follicle/strand build-up of micro-pigmentation usually takes place over 3 sessions, each taking approximately 3-4 hours. Each session has a week's gap before the next. The process allows for a very gradual and subtle rejuvenation/infill of the hairline, which is rarely discernible.

The procedure involves a cartridge containing 3 needles that work together to inject a natural pigment into the second dermal skin layer. Pigment spacing is determined by replicating the remaining natural hair follicles.

Speaking about the process, Dr. Dinesh Gowda says, "This is an internationally accepted procedure that uses natural pigments to replicate the natural appearance of hair follicles. The procedure takes into account the idiosyncrasies of your hair pattern and the team makes use of 3-4 shades of pigment to create the most realistic finish. The fact that it is minimally invasive makes it all the more popular."

Speaking on the webinar showcasing this process, Ms. Bani Anand, Founder and Director of Hairline International, says, "Through this webinar, we would like to put on display the expertise of our trained and qualified staff as well as share knowledge with the medical community. It is also a brilliant opportunity for us to connect to possible patients who may be worried about what the procedure entails."

The webinar will be broadcast on November 18th from 11.00 am to 4.00 pm at the following link http://www.hairline.in.
