Notification of Managers’ transactions

NTG Nordic Transport Group A/S (“NTG”) hereby announces in accordance with section 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation), to have received the following notifications from Managers’ in NTG. 

Eivind Drachmann Kolding (Chairman of the Board of Directors)
Eivind Kolding has today acquired 21,521 shares of nominally DKK 20 in NTG for a price of DKK 89.00 per share for 8,900 shares and a price of DKK 92 per share for 12,621 shares.

Stefan Ingemar Pettersson (Board member)
Stefan Ingemar Pettersson has today through wholly-owned holding company Vindtunneln Holding AB, registration no. 556709-2431, acquired 438,422 shares of nominally DKK 20 in NTG for a price of DKK 89.00 per share.

Finn Skovbo Pedersen (Board member)
Finn Skovbo Pedersen has today acquired 8,400 shares of nominally DKK 20 in NTG for a price of DKK 89.00 per share.

Peter Grubert (Board member)
Peter Grubert has today acquired 22,405 shares of nominally DKK 20 in NTG for a price of DKK 89.00 per share.

Jesper Præstensgaard (Board member)
Jesper Præstensgaard has today acquired 3,494 shares of nominally DKK 20 in NTG for a price of DKK 89.00 per share.

Ulrik Ross Petersen (Board member)
Ulrik Ross Petersen has today acquired 22,450 shares of nominally DKK 20 in NTG for a price of DKK 89.11 per share.

Mikkel Fruergaard (Executive Manager)
Mikkel Fruergaard has on the 7 October 2019 by a decision from the Board of Directors to issue warrants to the current Executive Management (Company announcement no. 31) received warrants that grants the recipient a right to subscribe up to an aggregate total of 55,904 shares of nominally DKK 20 in NTG for at price of DKK 89.00 per share.

Jesper Ellegaard Petersen has on the 7 October 2019 by a decision from the Board of Directors to issue warrants to the current Executive Management (Company announcement no. 31) received warrants that grants the recipient a right to subscribe up to an aggregate total of 55,904 shares of nominally DKK 20 in NTG for at price of DKK 89.00 per share.

Christian Paul Dyander Jakobsen (Executive Manager)
Christian Paul Dyander Jakobsen has on the 7 October 2019 by a decision from the Board of Directors to issue warrants to the current Executive Management (Company announcement no. 31) received warrants that grants the recipient a right to subscribe up to an aggregate total of 34,555 shares of nominally DKK 20 in NTG for at price of DKK 89.00 per share.
