Recently you have received FP6 or FP7 funding.

Currently we are conducting a survey on behalf of the European Commission (EC) regarding your benefit from this funding. Your address was given to us specifically by the EC to conduct this survey.
Your answers to the questions in this survey are important for future grants provided by the European Commission. All data will be kept confidential and shall not be divulged to any third party under any circumstances according to the rules of the processing of personal data by the Community institutions.
As we know that your time is valuable, we have limited the time needed to answer this survey to 20 minutes. The European Commission considers it a high priority to evaluate the pertinence and impact of EU support actions for research for the benefit of SMEs and you are kindly asked to complete this survey no later than the 10th June 2009.
 
This survey targets mostly small and medium-sized enterprises.
 
This enquiry has been sent to all Companies participating in FP6 and FP7 but we understand that for some companies it is too early to answer some of these questions, especially about the success of the project. However, other questions in the questionnaire can be completed, for instance the background info on your sector and the kind of support that you received in the preparation of your project application.
 
The objective of KAPPA-Health is to assess the needs of SMEs right from the beginning of their involvement in FP EC projects, to better help them benefit from their participation in joint RDT research initiatives.
